Yealand’s Clearwater Cover is an iconic and well-sold brand. Part of its recognition relied on bits of Marlborough’s geography. The white sandy cliffs off its Eastern end.
But since its creation some years earlier the brand imagery had remained relatively static. In the fast moving consumer goods world, it needed to compete harder for consumer attention.
Wonderlab were asked to refresh the imagery but still create a recognisably Clearwater Cover label and identity. Given we only had to retain the landscape, we went to town on all the other elements. New logo type and icon, new fresh colours and a contemporary treatment of the image.
What was once old is now new and fresh again.
